About the Em Dash Remover
Em dashes are a stylistic habit — and many style guides, forms and plain-text systems want them gone. This tool finds every em dash (—), en dash (–) and double hyphen (--) in your text and replaces them with your choice of substitute in a single pass.
Pick "Comma" for natural prose, "Semicolon" when the dash joined two complete thoughts, "Single space" for a minimal touch, or "Delete entirely" when the dash was pure decoration. A live counter shows exactly how many dashes were replaced.
