About the Twitter / X Font Generator

X has no text styling at all - every post is the same font, same weight. Unicode styles are how people bold a punchline, strike through a "typo" or make a display name stand out in reply threads. Type here, click to copy, paste into the composer.

Display names, bios and posts all accept these characters, and because they are text they also work in quote posts and replies. Accessibility note: screen readers spell many styled letters out one by one, so decorate a word or two rather than whole sentences.

How to use it

  1. 1Type or paste your text into the box above.
  2. 2Browse the styles that render best on X (Twitter) and click the one you like to copy it.
  3. 3Paste into the post composer, or open your profile, tap Edit profile, and paste into the name or bio field.
